About
I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, passionate about customer service, communication, and creating outstanding client experiences. Throughout my studies and professional career, I have developed strong organizational, commercial, and interpersonal skills that allow me to adapt quickly to dynamic environments.
For the past four years, I have worked in the Commercial and Marketing Department at Aspro Ocio (Marineland Catalunya), managing group reservations, assisting clients, coordinating bookings, and supporting marketing and social media initiatives. I also gained experience in the Commercial and Advertising Department at Prensa Ibérica, collaborating with SPORT and El Periódico de Catalunya on commercial projects and advertising campaigns. In addition, I worked with FC Barcelona as a Protocol Support Assistant during VIP events, where I strengthened my professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure.
I am fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English, with basic knowledge of German. I am highly organized, proactive, and eager to continue learning in an international environment. I enjoy working as part of a team, building strong relationships with clients, and taking on new challenges that contribute to both personal and professional growth.
I am now looking for an opportunity to begin my career in the luxury hospitality industry, where I can apply my commercial background, passion for guest service, and commitment to excellence while continuing to develop my skills.
