About
I am a motivated and adaptable Data Analysis student with hands-on experience in hospitality, customer service, reservations, and administrative operations. Alongside my studies at the University of Messina, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills through my work as a hotel receptionist, where I regularly assist international guests, manage reservations, handle payments, coordinate with different departments, and resolve guest concerns.
I am comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, and I adapt quickly to busy and demanding environments. I am also multilingual, with strong proficiency in English and Russian and additional knowledge of Turkish, Italian, and Korean.
I am particularly interested in opportunities where I can combine my analytical background, technical skills, communication abilities, and customer-oriented experience. I am reliable, eager to learn, and always willing to take responsibility and find practical solutions.
