I study at the Royal Academy of culinary arts, which is an EHL certified school. It equipped me with a solid foundation in the fundamentals of cooking, proficiency in French plating techniques, and expertise in preparing the five mother sauces. Additionally, I have acquired practical experience in implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) protocols, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
