I’m a motivated hospitality and tourism professional currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technologies applied to Tourism and Territory Development at ISTHIA in France. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Marketing and have hands-on experience in hotel revenue management, including OTA and channel manager operations. I also worked in reservations and revenue at La Mamounia, part of the Leading Hotels of the World.
With previous experience in hotel reception, restaurant service, and event support, I’ve developed strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills. Passionate about digital innovation and tourism marketing, I aim to combine technology and hospitality to create meaningful guest experiences, optimize hotel performance, and enhance destination promotion.
