As the founder and operator of OYA SAM Group SRL, I led multi-service operations spanning upholstery, real estate, and excursions, overseeing budgeting, process improvements, and vendor negotiations to boost profitability. My previous leadership roles in top resorts and hotels, including Meliá Caribe and Villa Caletón, honed my skills in guest experience management, team training, and process optimization.
