For the new season, we are looking for motivated and passionate waiters/waitresses who enjoy hospitality, teamwork, and delivering great service every day.

We are a busy restaurant in Palma de Mallorca, with high standards, a positive team spirit, and a real focus on quality, consistency, and people.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in restaurant service preferred
A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with people
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Good level of English and Spanish (other languages a plus)
Reliable, punctual, and committed for the full season
