The Opportunity:

This is a pivotal role for an ambitious professional ready to shape our strategy and significantly expand our market share within Europe. As the European Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to attract and secure bookings for our Signature Collection Villas from the affluent European market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Signature Collection Villas within the European market and have access to all Luxury B2C Travel Agents
Identify and cultivate relationships with key luxury travel agencies, tour operators, concierge services, and high-net-worth individuals across Europe.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes, adapting strategies accordingly.
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and promotional activities tailored to the European luxury segment.
Represent Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings throughout Europe.
Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Collaborate closely with the resort's revenue management, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
Ensure brand consistency and uphold the luxurious image of Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa and its Signature Collection Villas.

Who We Are Looking For:

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the luxury hospitality or travel industry, specifically targeting the European market.
Demonstrable experience in selling high-end, exclusive accommodations or experiences.
An extensive network of contacts within the European luxury travel trade.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and marketing channels relevant to the luxury segment in Europe.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Northern Europe, Eastern Europe) is a significant advantage.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a global team.
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
