We are seeking a warm, confident, and guest-focused F&B Hostess fluent in French and Arabic to join our award-winning team.

General Requirements

Proven experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a five-star hotel or luxury resort
Fluency in French and Arabic (additional languages are an advantage)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and guest-oriented mindset
Ability to manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Strong understanding of F&B service standards and dining etiquettes
Capacity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests warmly, with special attention to French- and Russian-speaking guests
Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating flow
Manage reservations, seating charts, and guest waiting lists
Liaise closely with F&B service and kitchen teams to ensure timely operations
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hostess desk and entrance area
Support overall F&B operations to elevate the guest dining experience
