Are you passionate about helping young people grow? Do you thrive outdoors and love leading a team?

We’re looking for a Lead Instructor to deliver impactful, team-building experiences to school students across the UK. Through outdoor challenges and activities, you’ll help young people build confidence, communication skills, and resilience — all while guiding a small team of instructors and making memories along the way.

What you’ll be doing

Leading team based outdoor events for secondary school students

Creating safe, inclusive, and high-energy environments that promote growth and learning

Managing and mentoring a small team of instructors on the road

Travelling to schools across the UK with occasional overnight stays

Representing our mission with professionalism, energy, and care

Who we’re looking for

A confident and experienced group leader – ideally with a background in outdoor education, youth work or team building

Excellent people skills – you can motivate both young people and colleagues

Organised, calm under pressure, and great at problem solving

Full driving licence required

Comfortable with frequent UK travel and short overnight stays during the week
