What you’ll be doing?
As an Activities Manager, you are responsible for the day to day running of the resort's activities department, providing support to team members, and managing revenue income streams.
You will organise training to ensure activities are delivered professionally, and in line with current Health and Safety regulations.
Ensuring all Risk Assessments and SOP’s are up to date.
The Activities team will be teaching our guests various country pursuits such as archery, air rifle shooting, clay pigeon shooting, fly fishing and off-road driving, therefore experience in these fields is preferred, however further training can be offered.
The ideal candidate would have a love of the great outdoors, have a shotgun licence, and driving licence.
If you feel you have other skills that would work well within the activities department such as crafts and forest school, then we welcome this too.
You will need to be comfortable and confident teaching adults and children who are experiencing these activities for the first time.
Developing our activities offering to meet the needs of our target audience.
What you’ll need?
- To have a love of the great outdoors and be comfortable and confident supervising adults and children;
- A Shotgun licence preferred and Driving licence is a must
- To be flexible to work in our peak periods of weekends and school holiday periods;
