At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, we are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and guest-focused individuals to join our Spa Team in the following positions:

Spa Receptionist
Spa Host

The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and wellness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

Spa Receptionist

Welcome guests and manage spa appointments, reservations, and enquiries.
Provide information about spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
Promote and upsell treatments, wellness packages, and spa products.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and transactions.
Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.
Respond to guest requests and feedback professionally.

Spa Host

Welcome guests and ensure a warm, personalised spa experience.
Escort guests around the spa and explain the facilities and amenities.
Assist guests with lockers, changing areas, and access to spa facilities.
Ensure all guest areas are clean, organised, and presented to the highest standards.
Monitor guest comfort and attend to requests throughout their visit.
Work closely with the spa reception and therapist teams to ensure seamless guest service.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, spa operations, guest relations, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury environment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
A professional, friendly, and welcoming personality.
Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for wellness and hospitality.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Applicants must either be currently residing in Malta or hold a valid EU passport.
