CELVIER is an artisanal luxury pâtisserie, specialty coffee, and authentic Italian gelateria concept located in the cultural district of Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. Designed around the ethos of "Quiet Luxury," CELVIER pairs French haute pâtisserie, slow-fermented viennoiserie, and small-batch gelato with world-class manual coffee brewing and refined tableside service.
We are assembling our pre-opening Front of House brigade and are inviting passionate, service-driven professionals to join our founding team across multiple roles.
Open Positions:1. Boutique Waiter / Waitress (Fine Dining / Luxury Tearoom)- Deliver intuitive, unhurried, and elegant tableside service for our 26-seat salon.
- Guide guests through our haute pâtisserie vitrine, plated dessert collections, savory breakfast menu, and single-estate tea pairings.
- Uphold immaculate room grooming, table maintenance, and silent service standards aligned with top luxury hotel lounge benchmarks.
2. Specialty Barista- Partner with our Head Barista to dial in on-demand flat-burr grinders and extract single-origin espresso recipes.
- Master manual pour-over ceremonies (V60, Chemex) featuring competition-grade micro-lots.
- Produce consistent, silky microfoam texturing with both fresh dairy and premium plant-based milks (MilkLab).
- Maintain strict station hygiene, grinder calibration logs, and machine maintenance.
3. FOH All-Rounder / Gelato Specialist & Cashier- Host our artisanal gelato vitrine, conducting elegant flavor tastings and portioning.
- Command the cashier point-of-sale (POS) terminal, handle bill closures, and manage bespoke takeaway packaging for viennoiserie and entremets.
- Support floor and bar operations during peak morning and evening services.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 2 years in high-end hospitality, luxury hotel tearooms/lounges, fine dining, or renowned specialty coffee boutiques.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor (additional languages are a plus).
- Grooming & Posture: Immaculate personal grooming, poise, and adherence to quiet luxury presentation standards.
- Team Spirit: A humble, collaborative attitude with a genuine passion for artisanal food, beverage craft, and guest storytelling.
- Availability: Currently based in the UAE on a transferable visa, visit visa, or grace period with the ability to join immediately for our pre-opening training.
