What will your mission be?
As a F&B Restaurant Intern, you will support the Restaurant team in delivering attentive, high-quality service, gaining hands-on experience in the key responsibilities of the role and contributing to the creation of memorable dining experiences for our guests.
What will you be responsible for?
- Support the team with table set-up (mise en place) and ensure service areas remain organized and well maintained throughout service.
- Welcome guests and escort them to their tables, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Collaborate closely with the Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Learn the fundamentals of wine pairing and beverage service.
- Use the POS system for basic cashier operations under supervision.
- Participate in the preparation, set-up, and clearing of dining areas.
- Support the team in daily operations, with a strong focus on learning, development, and professional growth.
What are we looking for?
- Educational background in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or a related field (currently pursuing or recently completed).
- A genuine interest in the restaurant industry and a strong desire to grow professionally within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of a second language is preferred.
- A service-oriented attitude, courtesy, and strong communication skills.
- Accuracy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
