What will your mission be?
We are looking for a Guest Relations Intern to join our team and support the Guest Relations department in delivering personalized and memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will assist in building strong guest relationships, anticipating their needs, and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction throughout their stay, in line with Minor Hotels’ hospitality standards and commitment to excellence.
What will you be responsible for?
- Respond to guests’ questions, needs, and requests, ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in anticipating and proactively addressing guests’ expressed and unexpressed needs.
- Support the team in handling guest feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing the arrival and departure experience of special guests, including VIPs and other distinguished guests.
- Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments to ensure a seamless and personalized stay experience.
- Promote and enhance awareness of all hotel services and facilities, as well as selected external services and local experiences.
