What will your mission be?
We are looking for an Events Intern to join our team and support the Events department in the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events. In this role, you will assist in delivering seamless and memorable experiences for clients and guests, while gaining hands-on experience in event operations and contributing to the high service standards of Minor Hotels.
What will you be responsible for?
- Support the Events team in coordinating groups and events from the booking confirmation stage through to their successful execution.
- Assist in managing client relationships, gathering event requirements, and sharing key information to ensure smooth planning and organization.
- Work alongside the team during site inspections, property tours, and client meetings.
- Support the coordination of operational and logistical event activities, collaborating closely with departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and other hotel teams.
- Contribute to the preparation of event documentation and assist with related administrative tasks.
- Help monitor guest and client satisfaction, collecting and analyzing post-event feedback to support continuous service improvement.

- Excellent command of both Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
