- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate and organized guest records and databases, ensuring all information is current and confidential
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with event coordination and special guest arrangements as needed
- Provide support to senior guest relations staff during peak periods and special occasions
- Follow up with guests post-visit to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and communication coordination
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to exceptional guest experiences
