**JOB SUMMARY** The Reservations Coordinator manages all guest reservation details prior to arrival and maintains comprehensive guest profiles and preferences to deliver personalized service. Key responsibilities include: - Process and verify all reservation summaries and special requirements from the Central Reservation System (CRS)
- Handle all telephone communications in a professional and courteous manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences - Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences in the reservation system
