- You will manage your own station; this applies to both half-board and à la carte dining, including food and wine advice.
- Depending on your shift, you will also work at the bar, in the lounge and hall, and assist with the preparation and follow-up work in the restaurant premises.
- You are partly responsible for ensuring a high quality standard.
