We now require a new, commercially minded CEO, who can demonstrate relevant leadership and management experience to lead a small team of instructors and administration staff to develop and deliver the Centre’s ambitious and exciting new vision.
Applicants will need to evidence a successful track record of driving inspirational leadership and operational excellence. Your mission is to cultivate strategic partnerships, ensure financial stability and propel the Centre towards becoming a hub for community engagement and water sports in Plymouth, Devon.
Flexible working arrangements, as some evening and weekend duties will be required.
