2026–2027 Season | Ras Al Khaimah, UAE — Swap the UK Winter for Sun, Mountains & Real Adventure
Challenging Adventure is recruiting Outdoor Instructors to join our seasonal team in the stunning Hajar Mountains of Ras Al Khaimah.
If you’ve worked with school groups in the UK/Europe and want a season that blends professional development with sunshine, challenge, and meaningful impact — this is the role.
📅 Season Dates
5 Oct 2026 – Feb 2027
Possible extension to 1 May
You’ll Need:
- Experience working with school groups (UK/Europe)
- DBS / Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid (or willingness to complete)
- Strong communication & group leadership skills
- Child Safeguarding certificate
- At least one of the below qualifications *depending on Level
- Min 6 months validity on passport
Preferred Qualifications:
- SPA
- ML (Trained/Assessed)
- BCU/UKCC Level 2+
- GNAS or equivalent
- DofE Assessor
