This internship is designed for students in Hospitality or Tourism studies who wish to gain practical experience and develop managerial skills in a real hotel environment.
The scope is to identify high-performing trainees for future management positions within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain practical exposure to front office, guest relations, and reservations
- Support food & beverage and housekeeping operations
- Learn hotel service standards, operational procedures, and quality control
- Assist in handling guest requests and service recovery
- Participate in daily briefings and inter-departmental coordination
- Develop communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
