What you’ll do
We are looking for a People & Culture Trainee to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the People & Culture team, you will support the team in the day-to-day People & Culture operations while gaining hands-on experience in different areas of the department.
- Support the People & Culture team with daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening CVs and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating new starters' first day.
- Help collect and prepare employee documentation and ensure personnel files are complete and up to date.
- Assist in maintaining employee information in the HRIS (Factorial/Workplace).
- Help answer employees' basic HR-related queries or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Assist with the organization and allocation of employee lockers.
- Support the organization of employee engagement activities, internal events, and People & Culture initiatives.
- Help maintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture department and assist with ongoing HR projects.
