Responsibilities & duties:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Maintain constant communication with the floor and management team regarding table status and guest flow.
- Ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Answer phone calls, manage booking systems, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Handle waitlists and walk-in guests with excellent customer service.
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold fine dining service standards.
- Coordinate with servers and management to accommodate special requests and VIP guests.
- Monitor the entrance and dining room atmosphere to ensure organization and elegance.
