Geneva Airport Representatives – Winter Season 2026/27
Alpine Fleet is recruiting Airport Representatives for the 2026/27 winter season.
Based near Geneva Airport, we provide shared and private transfers to ski resorts across France, Switzerland, and Italy.
Role
We are looking for both full-time and part-time staff to join our airport team at Geneva Airport during the busy winter season.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that requires excellent organisation, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Successful candidates will enjoy working as part of a team, thrive in a busy environment, and be confident managing multiple tasks at once.
Key responsibilities include:
- Checking in customers
- Managing flight delays and schedule changes
- Coordinating passenger transfers
- Ensuring vehicles and drivers depart on time
- Communicating with drivers and the operations team
- Resolving customer issues and assisting distressed passengers in a calm and professional manner
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the passenger journey
- A good understanding of logistics and strong teamwork skills are essential.
Working Hours
- Shifts operate between 08:00 and 23:59
- Peak working days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Additional overtime opportunities may be available during busy periods
Please note: applicants must be able to travel to and from Geneva airport independently.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English
- French language skills
- Strong IT skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EU passport holders only
