Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel’s IT infrastructure (networks, servers, systems, and equipment);
- Ensure information security, data protection policies, backups, and access control;
- Coordinate the IT team and provide technical support;
- Plan, implement, and monitor technological projects;
- Manage suppliers and partners of technological services (hardware, software, telecommunications);
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and operational continuity;
- Identify technological needs and propose improvements to optimize hotel processes;
- Provide efficient support services to internal users;
- Keep up with relevant technological trends in the hospitality sector.
