The RoleAs a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our dining operations, directly supporting our acclaimed culinary venues including THE VIEW (Mediterranean cuisine), BEEFBAR (premium meat selections), STÜVETTA MORITZ (traditional fondue), and N/5 – THE BAR (signature cocktails). You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence and cultural sophistication.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across our multiple dining venues
- Manage front-of-house team, including scheduling, training, and performance development to maintain our high service standards
- Ensure consistent execution of our 'service from the heart' philosophy, creating memorable experiences for every guest
- Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in compliance with Swiss hospitality requirements
- Coordinate with kitchen leadership and management to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and operational efficiency to support profitability
- Train and mentor restaurant staff on menu knowledge, service techniques, and cultural hospitality standards
- Contribute to maintaining the artistic and refined ambiance that defines our dining experience
- Support the organization of special events and private dining functions with meticulous attention to detail

About YouThe ideal Head Restaurant Supervisor will demonstrate:
- Professional hospitality experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant environments (minimum 1-3 years as required by level)
- Demonstrated excellence in guest service with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Italian, German, French) are highly valued in our St. Moritz location
- Deep knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine pairing, and culinary appreciation
- Proficiency in restaurant management systems and point-of-sale technology
- Ability to maintain composure and problem-solving skills in fast-paced luxury environments
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with contemporary dining trends and hospitality innovation
- Cultural awareness and appreciation for our diverse, international guest base
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peaks in St. Moritz
