Who are we looking for?
Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where each day presents new technical challenges. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will help ensure that the resort’s facilities, equipment, and systems operate at the highest standards expected at The Ritz-Carlton.
If you enjoy problem-solving, working with different technical systems, and ensuring every detail of the resort runs perfectly, this role is for you.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance across hotel facilities.
- Diagnosing technical issues and executing repairs efficiently and safely.
- Ensuring proper operation of systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general equipment.
- Responding to maintenance requests from guests and internal departments.
- Conducting routine inspections of guest rooms, technical areas, and public spaces.
- Recording maintenance activities in departmental systems.
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Following company safety procedures and operational policies.
- Supporting improvement projects, upgrades, and equipment installations when required.
What we expect from you…
- Technical training in maintenance, electrical systems, mechanics, or similar.
- Previous experience in hotel, building, or facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general maintenance systems.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Basic or intermediate English (preferred).
- Valid work permit for Spain.
