The LifeStyle Director leads all the guest activities (recreation) including Spa, Fitness, Mountains Activities, Master classes, KFAS, Teens Zone, Golf and retail of Four Seasons Resort Megeve. This position is part of the senior leadership team.
This position reports to the General Manager based on the resort’s structure.
Make recommendations regarding the annual operating budget, capital investment budget, operating planning and further periodic evaluations of financial performance, including reports on sales and operations with supporting statistical data for all operating designated departments.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on productivity, treatments, fitness and Golf, F&B Master classes, etc...
To implement sustainable practices in water management, biodiversity, energy efficiency, and community engagement, creating long-term environmental and economic value.
Innovate and curate unique guest experiences, including wellness programs, cultural events, recreational activities, and seasonal offerings.

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
Experience in a similar position in a high-end institute is required.
