The Head of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of all stores at Arctic Juice & Cafe, ensuring operational efficiency, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence, managing large teams, and driving continuous improvement across all operational areas, including supply chain management, inventory, staffing, budgeting, and quality control.
* Operations Management:
* Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize the performance of each store.
* Monitor and improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
* Oversee the daily operational processes, including staffing, inventory management, and production.
* Ensure all locations adhere to company standards, operational procedures, and legal requirements.
* Team Leadership:
* Lead, mentor, and manage store managers and other operational team members to ensure high morale, strong team collaboration, and effective performance.
* Drive training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of teams across all locations.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and implement performance improvement strategies as needed.
* Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
* Manage and oversee the supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery and stock availability of all supplies.
* Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
* Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies for minimizing waste and ensuring stock rotation.
* Financial Management:
* Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
* Review financial reports and KPIs regularly to ensure each location meets or exceeds its financial targets.
* Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or customer service.
* Quality Control & Health & Safety:
* Maintain high product quality standards for all products.
* Ensure that all locations comply with food safety regulations and health & safety standards.
* Implement regular quality audits and work with area and store managers to resolve any quality issues.
* Customer Experience:
* Develop strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction across all locations.
* Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or suggestions promptly.
* Work with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency in the customer experience.
* Growth & Expansion:
* Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute the opening of new stores and locations.
* Provide input on potential market opportunities, trends, and operational strategies for expansion
