Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee Front Office operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
- Manage guest billing and cash handling with accuracy and accountability
- Communicate relevant guest and group information to internal departments
- Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints professionally
- Supervise and support team members
