The Spa Manager you will lead the operational and financial direction of Spa, ensuring flawless guest experiences and the highest standards of service. You will oversee spa performance, guide a diverse team, and collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate the spa’s offerings, marketing presence, and overall success.
Lead, mentor, and develop the spa team, including receptionists, therapists, attendants, and freelancers.
Oversee departmental financial performance, including budgeting, tenders, inventories, and pricing strategy.

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
First experience in a similar position in a high-end institute or spa is required.
