The Head of People and Development is responsible for delivering robust, fair HR support across the organisation, with a particular focus on employee relations, seasonal recruitment operations, and staff development.
This role requires a confident and articulate HR professional who can manage complex employee issues, clearly interpret and explain contractual and policy matters, and support a large seasonal workforce through effective recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
Key responsibilities are:
- Recruitment, On-boarding & Off-boarding
- Staff Relations, Performance & Discipline
- Staff Learning, Development & Sign-Offs

Position includes:
