We offer university internship opportunities across various departments of the hotel. These internships are designed for students who wish to gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality, develop professional skills, and be part of an international, service-driven environment.
Internships may take place in operational and administrative areas, depending on availability and the student’s field of study.
As a University Intern, you will support your assigned department in daily operations, learning how teamwork and service excellence contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences. Under the supervision of experienced professionals, you will apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting and develop key skills for your future career.
What We Are Looking For - You have a natural ability to communicate, making guests feel valued and understood from the very first interaction
- Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service
- You enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a collaborative environment where everyone works toward a shared goal
- Your enthusiasm for delivering personalized and genuine service builds trust in every interaction
- You communicate confidently in English and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus
- You already hold a valid work permit for Spain
Candidate Profile - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
- Internship must be mandatory or recognized by the university (as applicable)
- Genuine interest in hospitality, tourism, management, or related fields
- Positive and proactive attitude with a strong service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team-based environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Professionalism, responsibility, and strong willingness to learn
- Valid right to work in Spain

Internship Conditions & Benefits We offer two compensation options:
Option A - Accommodation provided by the company
- €300 gross per month
Option B - No accommodation provided
- €500 gross per month
Additional Details - Meals included at the staff canteen during working hours only
- Operational trainees: Uniform provided; interns must bring comfortable black shoes
- Kitchen trainees: Uniform provided; interns must bring kitchen shoes and their own knife set
- Administrative trainees: No uniform provided; business attire in line with grooming standards is required
- Laundry service for uniforms is available at the hotel for both operational and administrative areas
