We are looking for motivated and ambitious Culinary Interns to join our kitchen teams
Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across various kitchen sections (hot, cold, breakfast, buffet…)
- Support mise en place and stock control
- Follow food safety & hygiene procedures (HACCP standards)
- Contribute to à la carte service and special event operations
- Learn international cuisine techniques from skilled chefs
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen
