Duties and Responsibilities
As Taxi Driver, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Deliver and pick-up guest, host or requested items according to the standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested and escort guests accordingly throughout the resort.
- Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests, and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with departments for transfer related issues and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel if needed.
- Maintain an accurate working knowledge of the local area, streets and directions.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments
Qualifications
To execute the position of Taxi Driver, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar hotel operational role.
Technical skills include basic mechanical knowledge and vehicle repair and parts and I possess a valid driving license to operate the require type of vehicle with good standing driving record. I have the confidence and experience in handling luxury vehicles.
Fluent in English and French
EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization required
