● Oversee arrangement & presentation of all dining elements
● Oversee & coordinate the flow of service with precision & great attention to detail
● Act as liaison between the kitchen & the dining room
● Team Coordination to ensure highest level of service quality
● Monitoring quality of service levels & attention to guests
