Key Responsibilities
· Assist senior chefs in the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes
· Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety at all times
· Ensure kitchen stations are organised, clean and well stocked
· Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
· Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to menu development and improvements
