We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Head Therapist to lead our Spa/Hamam treatment team and ensure the highest standards of service and wellbeing for our guests.
In this key role, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and developing therapists across all aspects of Spa and Hamam treatments, ensuring that established protocols, hygiene standards, and service procedures are consistently followed. You will play a hands-on leadership role, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.
The Spa Head Therapist will oversee daily treatment operations, coordinating and managing the smooth delivery of treatments to clients. This includes assigning treatments to therapists based on skill level, availability, and guest needs, as well as monitoring treatment quality and guest satisfaction. You will also be expected to perform Spa and Hamam treatments when required, particularly during peak times or to support the team.
