Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual or couple with solid hospitality experience to oversee the daily operations of the residence and coordinate guest services during the season from November to June (with the option to return annually).
Main Responsibilities
· Supervise the daily operations of the residence (housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, logistics).
· Coordinate local staff and external suppliers.
· Ensure a high-quality guest experience, from arrival to departure.
· Manage reservations, guest communication and special requests.
· Maintain inventory, supplies and general organization.
· Support occasional retreats, events, and photo/video productions.
· Communicate regularly with property management.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, property management or guest relations.
· Fluent Spanish and intermediate-to-advanced English.
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to live and work in a natural, remote environment.
· Reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented attitude.
