Lupaia is an intimate 12 room boutique resort on a private hilltop in the Tuscan countryside, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and proud holder of a Michelin Key.
During your 6 months rotating internship you will work closely with our kitchen team of 7 colleagues to ensure consistent quality of all dishes for a maximum of 30 guests. Our kitchen style is organic and authentic, made of regional ingredients and traditional dishes prepared in contemporary style. You will receive hands-on experience in both classical and modern Italian cooking and help us put our restaurant to a new level through your driven spirit.
Breakfast is served à-la-carte with everything made to order. Lunch is a light à-la-carte menu, served anywhere on property. Dinner is a 4-course fixed menu that changes daily and can be adapted to individual requirements and preferences.
