Position: Lodge Manager
Location: Campra Alpine Lodge & Spa – Valle di Blenio (TI)

About us
Campra Alpine Lodge & Spa is a mountain retreat located in the heart of Valle di Blenio, Ticino, offering authentic Swiss hospitality surrounded by nature. With 16 rooms, dormitories, a restaurant and bar “Il Ritrovo,” a wellness area, and multipurpose event spaces, the lodge welcomes guests from all over Europe, from sports teams to families and corporate groups.
Role overview
We are looking for a Lodge Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience and smooth coordination of all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance).
The ideal candidate combines a hands-on approach with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and is motivated to contribute to the continued growth of a sustainable mountain hospitality project.
Main responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure service excellence
- Coordinate and support the lodge team (reception, restaurant, housekeeping)
- Manage guest relations and handle requests with professionalism
- Monitor occupancy, budgeting, and cost control in coordination with the Head Office
- Oversee suppliers, maintenance, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or lodge management (preferably in Switzerland)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in Italian and English (German or French is a plus)
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, seasonal environment
- Passion for nature, hospitality, and guest care
