Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily kitchen and floor operations to ensure smooth, efficient service • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen and floor staff to maintain high standards
• Support with food preparation and beverage service when required
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and presentation standards across the venue • Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control costs
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and respect
• Work closely with ownership or senior management to implement improvements and maintain consistency
