We're now seeking a Senior Bartender to join our talented bar team - someone with a love for fine spirits, whiskey, and genuine guest connection.
About the Role
As a Senior Bartender at Pigs Lane, you'll play a key role in the daily operation of the bar, helping to curate and deliver a best-in-class experience for every guest. You'll combine technical skill with creative flair, contribute to cocktail development, and support the team with leadership, energy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve cocktails, whiskeys, and spirits to the highest standard
* Maintain deep product knowledge and share it with guests in an engaging, confident manner
* Support the bar team and contribute to training and development
* Ensure that all service, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met
* Help drive innovation and creativity across our menu offerings
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous bartending experience in a premium or high-volume venue
* Excellent knowledge of spirits, whiskey, and classic and contemporary cocktails
* A strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail
* A creative mindset with a passion for continuous learning
* Fluent in English and legally permitted to work in Ireland
* 18 years+ and available to work evenings and weekends
