For our two Michelin Star Restaurant Vila Joya we are looking for personable and passionate Commis de Rang/Commis de Service.
Key responsibilities:
-Assisting in arrangement & presentation of all dining elements
-Help maintain a clean and orderly dining area throughout service
-Assist Chef de Rang in delivering an exceptional dining experience by anticipating guest needs
-Provide attentive and discreet service
-Communicate effectively with Chef de Rang and other team members to manage guest requests and preferences
-Develop a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation techniques and wine pairings
-Observe guests and proactively address any concerns or special needs
-Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to excellence in every aspect of service
