About the Role
As a Front Office Agent, you will play a vital role in creating memorable stays for our guests — from the moment they arrive until their departure. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines front-of-house administration with on-the-ground guest support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the central communication point for the hotel
- Managing guest arrivals and departures with warmth and efficiency
- Coordinating room reservations and handling guest correspondence
- Assisting with guest activities and lodge experiences
- Collating guest accounts, balancing daily audits, and completing administrative tasks
- Assisting with guest luggage, valet parking, and maintaining guest vehicles
- Supporting the wider lodge team with operational tasks as required
