This internship offers a unique dual opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Sales and Marketing, combining two complementary roles within ER Hospitality.
The selected trainee will split their time between the Head Office and Veranda Grand Baie, allowing them to develop a well-rounded understanding of hotel sales processes, marketing analytics, and guest experience research.
You will spend three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) at the Head Office assisting with sales and CRM tasks, and two days per week (Tuesday, Thursday) at Veranda Grand Baie conducting the Path to Purchase survey with guests.

Econciergerie Trainee (Head Office – 3 days/week)
We are looking for an Econciergerie Trainee to support our sales team by handling lead creation in our CRM (Salesforce) and extracting key data from our PMS (INFOR) system. During this internship, you will help optimize sales processes, allowing the team to focus on closing deals.
Your Missions:
- Process incoming emails and create leads in Salesforce.
- Retrieve and input relevant data from INFOR to enrich CRM records.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple tasks.
Path to Purchase Trainee (Veranda Grand Baie – 2 days/week)
We are also looking for a Path to Purchase Trainee to support our marketing and customer experience team in gathering and analyzing guest insights. This project focuses on understanding our guests’ booking journey and improving our marketing strategies based on real data.
Your Missions:
- Conduct guest interviews during breakfast hours to collect survey data on booking behaviors.
- Record responses accurately on printed forms and transfer them to SurveyM daily.
- Maintain and update the guest tracking list in Excel.
- Provide guests with QR codes for digital survey completion when preferred.
- Collaborate with the Front Office and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and reliable data collection.
- Uphold discretion and professionalism when interacting with guests.
