Campra Alpine Lodge & SPA, located in the beautiful Valle di Blenio, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a professional and warm service.
- Handle check-in, check-out, and reservations through the PMS.
- Provide information about the lodge, the destination, and available activities.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to requests by phone, email, and in person.
- Support colleagues in different departments to ensure a high-level guest experience.
