JOB DESCRIPTION (M/F)
Under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeper, your main responsibilities will include:
- Follow the directives of the Executive Housekeeper according to the established schedule and accept modifications as needed based on occupancy.
- Oversee the maintenance of all hotel linens: sheets, towels, restaurant linens (tablecloths, napkins), and staff uniforms.
- Record and account for guest and hotel linen.
- Monitor linen sent to external companies for laundry and dry cleaning services.
- Verify billing for externally processed linen, collect and check delivery notes, and sign upon receipt.
- Manage the care of garments entrusted by guests to the laundry: sorting, cleaning, ironing, and billing.
- Warmly welcome employees who come to collect their uniforms or guest linen.
- Occasionally perform sewing alterations.
- Ensure the proper organization of storage areas.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with administrative tasks: inventory control, tracking, and stocktaking.
- Use cleaning products and equipment efficiently according to needs.
- Adhere to safety instructions for the use of cleaning products, wearing the provided protective equipment.
