Opening in 2026, Sublime Comporta Villas marks the next chapter of the Sublime brand — a symbol of luxury and deep connection with nature. Located on a 51-hectare property in the heart of Comporta, this unique development will feature 43 architecturally distinct private villas, carefully integrated into the pine forest and dunes of the region.
Each villa is designed to offer complete privacy and comfort, combining natural materials, floor-to-ceiling windows, and outdoor decks with private pools — all while respecting the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
The resort’s masterplan includes a wide range of support infrastructures, such as:
- New Restaurants;
- A Wellness Center;
- An Events Center;
- A Leisure & Sports Area;
- And a dedicated Staff Village with a private gym and other support facilities.

Banquet and Production Chef (M/F)
Mission
To be responsible for the management, preparation, and execution of banquets and large-scale productions, ensuring the daily supply of multiple restaurants, external catering, and high-volume events.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the central production kitchen, banquets, and staff canteen, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency;
- Plan and execute large-scale events (up to 1,000 guests) with technical precision;
- Ensure the daily supply of the Group’s 5 restaurants, coordinating logistics and timings;
- Guarantee advance production for restaurants to optimize efficiency;
- Develop and manage workflows for external catering, with a strong focus on profitability;
- Design versatile and innovative menus for events, aligned with the Sublime identity;
- Establish procedures to promote efficiency and minimize waste;
- Manage budgets and control operational costs;
- Supervise the maintenance of equipment and facilities, while planning investments in new equipment;
- Monitor KPIs (quality, cost, efficiency, customer satisfaction) and prepare regular reports;
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards;
- Inspire, motivate, and guide the kitchen team, fostering a positive, creative, and results-driven work environment;
- Delegate responsibilities effectively, while monitoring and evaluating individual and collective performance;
- Develop continuous training plans to ensure the team’s technical and behavioral growth;
- Enhance communication and promote collaboration between kitchen, banquet service, operations, and other areas of the Group.
