We are looking for a Chalet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hamlet of three luxury chalets in Les Bossons, Chamonix. This is an all round position where you will lead a small team to deliver outstanding guest experiences throughout the winter season.
As Chalet Manager, you will coordinate staff schedules, oversee in-resort services (such as driver logistics, ski hire, and lessons), and ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard. Working closely with our year-round manager, you will play a key role in delivering the high quality guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone with luxury hospitality experience who enjoys working with both guests and staff, is proactive and highly organised, and is comfortable making quick decisions under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. We want someone who thrives in a hands-on role, ready to help out across departments when needed instead of simply delegating.

Manage operations such as staff rotas, housekeeping, maintenance, and inventories.

Act as the main point of contact for guests and team members, ensuring smooth communication.

Step in to support daily operations when required, whether it’s cleaning, driving, or covering hosting staff duties.
What we’re looking for:

Strong leadership and hospitality experience, ideally in chalet or luxury property management.

Excellent interpersonal and guest-relations skills; fluent in English and French (preferred).

A collaborative team player.

EU passport holder with a full, clean driving licence.

Knowledge of Chamonix and the luxury hospitality sector is an advantage.
