As a Senior Waiter
As a Senior Waiter/Waitress, you will be at the heart of our guests’ dining experience, delivering warm, attentive, and professional service. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure every visit is memorable, while developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages with care and efficiency.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest requests in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of your section to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Supporting colleagues and collaborating with the wider restaurant team to ensure smooth service.
- Assisting with billing and payments accurately and promptly.
- Promoting menu items and offering recommendations when appropriate.
